What are limited edition prints?
A limited edition print is only available in a limited quantity, signed and numbered digitally.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes of course. Please contact me if you would like a quote to arrange a custom order.
Why might a print size differ?
I have tried to offer a simple sizing method with Small, Medium and Large. However you may have selected a panoramic or square image. If this is the case, please carefully read the description which should indicate the specific size. When in doubt, shoot me an email and double check.
Small
Print Size: 35 x 50cm /14 x 20″
Medium
Print Size: 50 x 76cm / 20 x 30″
Large
Print Size: 81 x 121cm / 32 x 48″
What should I do when I receive my print?
Handle with care! Acrylics should always we handled carefully. I recommend leaving the cardboard corners on until after you mounted it onto your wall. Prints can be left in the roll and taken directly to your framer so as to avoid fingerprints.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes I ship worldwide. A shipping estimate is provided on the checkout page before the payment is processed.
I’ve ordered a print, when will I receive it?
Please allow 14 business days for prints within Australia and up to 8 weeks delivery for Acrylics. Overseas deliveries may take longer.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately I am unable to offer any returns as each print is made to order.
Framing Service
Do you offer framing?
Yes, feel free to ask me about custom framing in Tasmanian Oak with or without matting and I shall endeavor to get back to you in 7 business days with a quote.

I like your photographs, can I use them?
Not unless you obtain permission by myself directly. Please contact help@katewilliamsphotography.com
